\n\t\t\t\tThe characters, Patrick and Nualla make a lot of mistakes, but in the end they always seem to find their way back to each other. I wanted to capture that moment when you know that not everything is perfect but at least it will be okay. Another artist may have painted a rainy evening in the city in dreary muted tones, but that\u2019s not how I see it. \n\t\t\t\tThe moment before a kiss is like a metaphor for a relationship. At first you\u2019re hesitant, and a little afraid, but eventually you just have to let go and trust that the other person will be there to catch you. In this piece Patrick has reached that stage\u2014that trusting moment\u2014before Nualla has. While this image doesn\u2019t portray an exact scene from the book it does convey the mood I was trying to get across.\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n
